Courgettes Zucchini Kusa Koosa or Marrow, what ever you call them this wonderful spicy baked dish is easy to make and we love it. Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Thyme and Chilli are cooked with onions fresh tomatoes and tomato puree. This is put over our fried zucchini and a little natural yoghurt is added along with a sprinkle of black lemon powder and baked.
