Bailey’s Football Date, Brooklyn’s NEW Puppy, and Game of Thrones Trip | Behind the Braids Ep.104

In today’s #BehindTheBraids, Shaun and I take you to Eastern Europe as we take our 21st anniversary trip! You’ll also see Bailey and Asa cheer on undefeated Baylor University at the #Homecoming Football game, AND Brooklyn finally adopts her puppy!

Can you believe that Shaun and I just celebrated our 21st wedding #anniversary?? I sure can’t, and we don’t feel that old yet! We wanted to take this fun trip for our 20th anniversary last year, but we had too much life going on at the time! Since we hit a slow moment, just before it gets busy again, we decided to do this Fall tour of Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy. I’m SO glad we did, it was one of the most beautiful and fun trips I think I’ve ever been on!
This trip featured the mountainscapes, Fall leaves, and lakes of eastern Europe. Most of the city sites we stopped at were featured in the HBO series #GameOfThrones. The city of Dubrovnik in Croatia, specifically, served as the city of Kings Landing.
You’ll also see Brooklyn, Bailey, and Asa (Bailey’s boyfriend) at the Baylor #homecoming football game where the Baylor Bears beat Texas Tech in double overtime! It looked like such a great game, and even went into double overtime!
