Ingredients:
thin slices of baked country ham (If you can't find country ham, use any kind of sliced ham.)
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup boiling water
8.25-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
Arrange ham slices on a nice serving platter. Combine brown sugar and flour in a medium-sized saucepan. Stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let cool. Stir in pineapple. Serve alongside ham slices. I hope you love this Christmas entree! --Betty ♥♥♥
