Betty's Bourbon Hot Dog Bites

Betty demonstrates how to make Bourbon Hot Dog Bites. This appetizer features a bourbon-ketchup-brown sugar sauce over 1-inch pieces of hot dogs. It's great for serving before a big meal!
Ingredients:
1 pound hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup tomato ketchup
3 ounces bourbon whisky
Mix all ingredients, except hot dogs, in a small saucepan. Heat thoroughly until the brown sugar has dissolved. Add hot dog pieces and cook until they are heated through. Pour into an heat-safe serving dish. Serve with a slotted spoon or cocktail picks onto an appetizer plate. Enjoy! Love, --Betty ♥♥♥
