Betty demonstrates how to make Cream Cheese Mini Biscuits for the Easter Table. These crisp, buttery biscuits are made from only 3 Ingredients!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (You may use softened Neufchatel cheese.)
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup self-rising flour
Place cream cheese and butter into a large bowl. Beat using medium speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour. Spoon dough into ungreased mini muffin tins, filling to the top. Bake at 400 degrees (F) for about 15 minutes, or until golden. Serve hot. These are delicious! --Betty ♥♥♥
