Betty demonstrates how to make Hawaiian Chicken Salad. This delicious salad contains chunked chicken, pineapple tidbits, toasted almonds, diced celery, and salad dressing.
Hawaiian Chicken Salad
2 ½ cups cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes
20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 ½ cups diced celery
½ cup toasted slivered almonds
1/3 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Lettuce leaves
Combine first six ingredients and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. Enjoy! --Betty :)
