Hot Chipped Beef Dip with Melba Toast Rounds
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
4 ounces dried beef, diced
¼ cup chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped onion
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup sour cream
cooking oil spray
Melba toast rounds
In a medium to large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend together cream cheese and milk. Add dried beef, green pepper, onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and sour cream. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 minutes, or until dip is bubbly and beginning to brown.
