So this place is very famous and is very old, it opened in 1923 serving Parsi/Iranian/Indian food.
Well known for its berry Pulav rice, you can get this in paneer, chicken, prawn, and lamb. I had the paneer version. I also had the mutton cutlets. Both were very tasty and it is a nice up-scale bistro in a nice area. Lots of hype about this place and I can see why but not cheap. Honestly, I was not blown away by the food, but part of being at this place is its history. Worth going to for sure if you can afford it.
Address: Wakefield House, 11 Sprott Road, 16 Ballard Estate, Fort, MumbaiOpen hours: 11:30 am – 4 pm on Monday – Saturday (closed on Sundays)How to get there: Probably the easiest way to get there is to either take a taxi or if you’re staying in the area, it’s easy to walk there.Prices: Prices are not cheap, is it worth it. I am not sure, it's good but pricey.
But a classic old restaurant.
