Neural Upgrade's Chemex Coffee Recipe:
Coffee: 25 grams
Water: 400 grams
Water Temperature: 200F
Bloom: 30 Seconds
Total Brewing Time: 3 Minutes
Take a sauce pan and heat your milk or to about 140-160 degrees fahrenheit (a kitchen thermometer should suffice)
Now take a french press, carefully pouring in your hot milk, then with the plunger carefully plunge up and down
until the desired milk texture has been achieved.
Grab a cup, pour in your brew and then your textured milk.
Good simple coffee elevated to be the next level.
