EASY NO EGG TIRAMISÙ

Ingredients:

1 - 300 gram pack Savoiardi Biscuits / Ladyfingers (36 pcs.)
350 ml Very Strong Coffee, sweetened
500 grams Mascarpone Cheese
400 ml. Cream
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Directions:

Prepare 350 ml. of Coffee. Cool and set aside.
Beat cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Add the Mascarpone and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread the Mascarpone mixture on the bottom of a 35 x 22 cm. casserole or baking dish. Dip Savoiardi Biscuits one at a time in cold coffee and arrange on top of the Mascarpone cream. Repeat the process for the second layer. Top with the remaining Mascarpone mixture and sprinkle Cocoa powder. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
