If your foot rolls inward, your arch is collapsing and that changes everything above it. Excessive pronation can rotate the tibia inward, drive the knee into valgus, alter hip mechanics, and increase stress on the plantar fascia. Over time this may contribute to plantar fasciitis, bunions, tendon strain, knee pain, and lower back discomfort.
In this video, I show you three simple progressive exercises to strengthen the intrinsic foot muscles, activate the posterior tibialis, and rebuild your medial arch naturally without relying on orthotics. You will learn how to lift the arch correctly, integrate it into movement, and train the muscles that prevent collapse during walking.
Control it sitting. Strengthen it standing. Integrate it through motion. Build a stronger foundation from the ground up.
