Eight communities have been selected by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to receive the 2017 RWJF Culture of Health Prize, and are honored for their unwavering efforts to ensure all residents have the opportunity to live healthier lives. A subset of these communities are highlighted in this video for fostering inclusion: In Richmond, Va., facing hard historical truths has made partners even more committed to including community voices in efforts create pathways out of poverty.
