In this session, participants will learn what psychological safety is, why it is important in an education organization, what factors are necessary to foster it, what acts as a barriers to it, and a possible framework with which to create it.
Participants will be guided through a reflection on the level of psychological safety within their organizations and a foundation with which to begin the work of creating a psychologically safe climate in their organizations.
