TRANSCRIPT
More people should use cedar paper for grilling at home. It's something small that can really change the entire profile and flavor of what you're doing. Soak the cedar paper for about a half an hour and then put the cedar paper on your warm grill and then just grill your food how you would grill anything else. In a couple of minutes you'll have a nice smoky cedar flavor.
