Warm, comforting, hearty, and delicious. Words you want to hear on a cold winter night about your meal! That would describe this Guinness Irish Beef Stew with Irish Mashed Potatoes of course! I made this Jan 1, 2021 for the first meal of the year because, well it was cold, I had some beef I needed to use up and 2021 deserved to start on the right track and it is my first video for 2021 here on Cooking with Chris. This Irish meal is pure comfort food and would be a great choice for St Patrick's Day.
