Comparing yourself to someone who has involved supportive parents, grandparents, or extended family who can step in to financially help with child care, offer a place to stay, or their emotional support isn't fair to do to yourself. The saying "We all have the same 24 hours in a day," is one of my least favorite sayings because it's true. But more important than the amount of time we have in the day is the amount of help we get within that day. So if you've been doing it all without a support system and you feel behind, you're not. You're actually more ahead than you think because you've only been able to rely on yourself. Stop comparing yourself to people who have a village when you've been doing it solo.
