This is a message to heal your inner child. I want you to bookmark this and listen to it for 30 days and you'll feel like a different person. I want to tell you that you're not a burden. You didn't deserve the stress, negativity, or chaos you lived in. You didn't deserve to be in situations where adults were out of control and yelled at you. You didn't deserve to get the silent treatment when all you needed was love.

You didn't deserve to be put in situations where you had to be a parent to your parent or where you had to play the role of a therapist. You should have been protected and kept safe. But now you are safe. You can trust yourself. You are not in trouble anymore. You don't have to feel guilty for taking up space and for resting anytime you want to. You are no longer a punching bag for someone's bad mood. I'm here to protect you and stand up for you and to make sure that bad things don't happen to you anymore. You can get through difficult things. And you have so many gifts and talents that make you unique and special. It's time to use them and it's safe to finally be seen. You are healing every day.
