We know that our climate is changing rapidly as a result of human activity, but hasn’t the climate always changed during the Earth’s history? Helen Johnson is Professor of Ocean and Climate Science in the Department of Earth Sciences and academic convenor of the Oxford Climate Research Network (OCRN). Yadvinder Malhi is Professor of Ecosystem Science in the School of Geography and the Environment and Director of the Leverhulme Centre for Nature Recovery.
