For mass bacon consumption, loading up four stovetop burners with pans full of rashers isn't realistic. Scott Kveton, founder of Bacn.com, cooks a lot of bacon at one time in his oven. It cooks evenly and doesn't need to be watched as closely as on the stovetop.

So when you're cooking bacon on your stovetop, your pan can really only hold three, maybe four, slices of bacon at a time. Now if you're throwing a brunch for a bunch of people you want a lot of bacon and you want it done at once. So use your oven. Take a cookie sheet, line it with some aluminum foil, and put a bunch of bacon on there. Cook it about twenty minutes, 350, in your oven. You can actually free up some space on your stovetop to be cooking other things.
