TRANSCRIPT
So when you're cooking bacon on your stovetop, your pan can really only hold three, maybe four, slices of bacon at a time. Now if you're throwing a brunch for a bunch of people you want a lot of bacon and you want it done at once. So use your oven. Take a cookie sheet, line it with some aluminum foil, and put a bunch of bacon on there. Cook it about twenty minutes, 350, in your oven. You can actually free up some space on your stovetop to be cooking other things.
