So I know how to treat my bacon but when it comes to a BLT you have to do something a little bit different. Take an entire package of bacon and just throw it straight into the pan. Use your tongs and stir it up. What you're trying to do is create misshapen pieces of bacon that when you stack them up they sort of hold their shape a little bit better and you also get a lot more depth out of the sandwich so every bite you have a lot of bacon. For extra credit, take your two pieces of bread and fry them in the bacon grease, so now you get this really crispy, absolutely fantastically flavorful BLT sandwich.
