TRANSCRIPT
I make my own hot sauce at home because it's simple, it's fresh, it's easy and it's just four ingredients. What you want to do is take two pounds of jalapenos and stem them. I leave in the seeds and the ribs for extra heat, three cups of white vinegar, two cloves of garlic and two teaspoons of salt. Puree that up. Put that into a glass jar and what you want to do is put it into a dark, cool space for about a month. It darkens and it gets thicker. And then store in the refrigerator and you will be able to use that on hamburgers, French fries, eggs, anyplace that you would normally use hot sauce.
