This video shows you how to remove junk file that can slow down your computer. It uses a free program called WiseCleaner that has some really cool features to automate the process. CCleaner is also another good program to do this, but is a little harder to automate.
Of course you can always use Disk Cleanup which is built in Windows to do this as well.
