Today I made Ice Cream Cupcakes - they have Cake, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Cream AND Sprinkles and are the ultimate dessert for Summer (or winter, or whenever...)

Tools & Equipment:
Cupcake Tray
Cupcake liners (double the qty you'd like to make)
Pastry brush
Sharp knife
Spoon

Ingredients:
Good quality strawberry ice cream
Dream whip (canned) whipped cream or you can use fresh
Chcolate cake mix
Sprinkles
Glace cherries
Melted chocolate - dark, white and pink
Ice cream wafer biscuits (or you can use graham crackers)
