Today I'm literally dropping a cupcake on it's head! I show you how to make an inverted cupcake filled with candy and designed to look like a melted ice cream!

Wax / baking paper
Spoon
Scissors
Zip lock bag
Ingredients:
Buttercream frosting (recipe link below)
Mini cupcakes, baked (no wrappers required)
Candy (optional) make sure its not to heavy
Waffle cones (make sure its got the flat rim on top)
Sprinkles
Red m&m's
