After a few requests for something SUPER SIMPLE, here are some adorable and really easy Ice Cream cupcake toppers that you can make for summer using simple candy and frosting.

Tools & Equipment:
Serrated knife
Zip lock bag
Scissors

Ingredients:
Cupcakes to frost
Buttercream frosting (recipe link below) some white, some pink and some brown
Wafer cookies / biscuits (I used Arnotts triple cream wafers)
Red m&m's candies
Sprinkles
