1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon curd
1 tsp lemon rind
1 1/2 cups SR Flour

ICING

2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
100g softened cream cheese

lemon curd and lemon rind to garnish (optional)
