Mark Hurd: I predict for you the world in the next 10 years is going to be all about people. Employees and customers. You're going to have to hire them in the way -- and they're going to want to work the way they work. …Customers are going to buy the way they want to buy. They're going to want to buy mobily, they want to get access to every piece of information they want the way they want it, when they want it, where they want it. And the problem with this, if you go to the right of the page, is that today's applications are 20 years old.
