This is a very simple, yet very tasty mackerel recipe anyone can make. Using a handful of ingredients, there is little cooking involved so it is an ideal thing to knock up when you next have some fresh mackerel to hand.
'Miso' is made from fermented soya beans. It is widely used in traditional Japanese cooking. It has a lovely savoury flavour and when adding a few other ingredients, you're left with a really nice oriental flavour.
After hearing from a couple of people about the mackerel they’d caught recently lacking a bit of flavour, i thought i'd make something a little different and just give it that little extra incase it was a bit bland.
Here is a short video of how to make this tasty dish! Hope you enjoy and if you give this a go, let me know your thoughts in the comments.
