0:00: Today, I'm gonna talk about the 5 ways a narcissistic parent makes their children a scapegoat.
0:07: Now I know, narcissistic and narcissism is a word that has a lot of emotion around it.
0:14: It sounds really intense.
0:17: And to be honest, it also comes with a lot of negative stigma.
0:21: But I find in my work, that it's actually quite common to come from a family system where one or both of our parents are narcissistic.
0:30: So today, I'm gonna talk about how this shows up inside families, and by the end of it, you'll know if you've experienced this type of parenting.
