As Thanksgiving is approaching I am glad to share with you a delicious recipe for buttery and fluffy pumpkin crescent rolls. With their yellowish color, soft buttery crumb resembling a croissant, make sure to make more batches as everybody will love them and ask for more.

Ingredients
Makes about 24 rolls
3 1/2 cups (440g) flour
2 1/4 tsp (7g) active dry yeast (or 25 g fresh yeast)
1 tsp (5g) salt
1/2 tsp (2) cinnamon
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
½ cup (120g) pumpkin puree
⅓ cup (80ml) milk, slightly warm
¼ cup (60ml) water, slightly warm
2 eggs
4 tbsp (60g) butter, melted
Filling
4 tbsp (60g) butter, softened, divided
Brushing the tops
1 1/2 tbsp (20g) butter, melted
