INGREDIENTS:
Yields: About 10 poptarts (3"x4")
1 pie crust
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (video linked above)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F
