Tools & Equipment:
7 small containers (I used cups)
7 spoons
Ice cream scoop - one with an easy release spring loaded handle works best
Electric mixer (to mix my cake mix)
Cupcake Tray
Aluminium foil or tin foil

Ingredients:
Vanilla or white cake mix
Buttercream frosting (recipe link below
Sprinkles
Jaffas or red peanut/crispy m&m's
Flat bottom ice cream cones
Food colour - I used red, yellow, blue, pink and purple and mixed a few together to get green and orange
