RECIPE: Speedy Spaghetti & Meatballs! Cooking with my son NOAH!

Spaghetti & Meatballs are one of the easiest and rewarding recipes out there! In less than 30 minutes you can have this Italian classic to the table, even when your 2-year-old gets involved!

Ingredients:
100g butter 
50ml olive oil 
500g cherry tomatoes, halved 
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 sprigs thyme, leaves removed 
500g sausage meat 
1 tsp chilli flakes 
2 tsp fennel seeds, roughly crushed 
1 egg
50g breadcrumbs
1tsp olive oil 
350g bucatini or spaghetti
Small handful basil leaves
Grated Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
