Salmon soup is a common dish in Finland and other Nordic countries. It consists of salmon fillets, boiled potatoes and leeks. The soup is served hot, with some dill.

Ingredients (in the order of appereance):
- one leek
- one carrot
- a slice of celeriac
- olive oil
- butter - 50gr
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 medium potatoes
- green beas - 150gr
- salt & pepper
- one broccoli
- salmon fillet - 350gr
- one lemon (the juice)
- cooking cream - 200ml
- fresh dill
