Syrian refugee Mustafa, 14, one year on | UNICEF

Earlier this year, we introduced the world to Mustafa, a Syrian child who faced horrors no child should ever experience. We turned his story into a powerful animation as part of our Unfairy Tales series: .
Mustafa survived a dangerous journey across the Mediterranean with his mother. A year on, we visited him to see how he is adjusting to his new life in Germany.
