Every time someone confronts you or you argue you immediately cry. Your voice shakes and you can't control it. And you feel embarrassed every time. You're crying doesn't always mean you're sad it's actually a stress response this is called emotional hypersensitivity. And it's really common in homes where our emotions were brushed aside. Where we were punished for having them or where we were shamed and told over and over again that we were just too sensitive.
Emotional hypers sensitivity creates a situation where everything even small things feel like a threat and it stops you from having the conversations that you actually want to have. If you have this issue you're going to want to calm down your nervous system, so it stops interpreting everything as a threat. You're going to want to make sure that you're getting enough magnesium zinc and B vitamins. If you've been in this state for a while it's likely that your body is depleted of these key nutrients so getting them back into your diet is going to help your body re-eregulate and find safety.
