These melt-in-your-mouth, refreshing milk puddings are the all the rage in Thailand right now! Apart from being unbelievably cute (which is very important) these are the perfect dessert for when you just want something light to end a meal or to cool you off on a hot summer afternoon. And beautiful dessert recipes don't get any easier than this, it's essentially foolproof, and you can make them days in advance! Oh, and did I mention it's gluten-free? If serving vegetarian, substitute gelatin for agar agar powder.
In this video I show you a few of my favourite toppings, but feel free to experiment with other toppings such as mango, peaches, or lychees. Anything that you think would go well with a dollop of whipped cream will go great with the milkiness of the pudding.!
