The best 2-ingredient dessert – Ube ice cream! @groovyfoodiess
Ingredients:
-1 pint heavy whipping cream
-1 can (13.4 oz) ube condensed milk

Steps:
1. Whip your whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add in condensed milk. I usually add in ½ the can but you can add the whole can if you like your ice cream super sweet!
3. Fold together the cream and condensed milk until combined, being gentle to not overmix the cream.
4. Pour mixture into an airtight container and freeze overnight.
5. Enjoy!
