United Nation - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced today that he has urgently dispatched his Special Representatives, Jean Arnault to Havana, Cuba, following the results of a referendum on Sunday about the Colombia peace accord signed last week in Cartagena.
Speaking to journalists in Geneva on 3 October 2016, the UN chief said despite hopes for "a different result" from the Colombian referendum on the landmark peace accord, he had confidence in the commitment from the leadership of the Colombian Government, and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
