United Nations - The special needs of the most vulnerable countries should be "fully taken into account", UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs, Wu Hongbo said today in Marrakech, Morocco. Speaking at a High Level Forum of South-South Cooperation on Climate change, during #COP22, Mr Wu reaffirmed the world body's commitment to enhancing the most vulnerable countries' capacity for #ClimateAction, #EndPoverty and the realization of #SDGs.
