Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
Optional: 1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 oz espresso
6 oz milk
Ice
To a small sauce pot, add sugar and water. Dissolve the sugar. Then add berries and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cool, strain into a glass container. Add ice to cup, 1-2 tbsp of syrup depending on preference. Then add milk and top with fresh shot of espresso.
Tips:
Keep syrup in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
