"I have a son that has special needs and he needs a lot of physical activity to catch up. I have been using yoga, Wai Lana yoga in particular. because those are the techniques i practice myself. So
indirectly i am teaching him aspects of it for balance, for posture, for strengthening certain aspects of his steps and so forth."
