Avocado Toast Recipe:
1 slice ezekiel, toasted
1 garlic clove
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/2 lime/lemon
2 Tbsp red onion (to taste)
9 medium shrimp, cooked/peeled
salt & pep
•Rub garlic clove onto bread to add tremendous flavor.
•Season mashed avocado with salt & pep. Stir in some lime juice.
•Spread avocado onto toast.
•Top with red onion and shrimp. Add a little more lime juice, and salt & pep if desired.
•Devour
Anytime Hash Recipe:
3/4 cup chopped sweet potato, cubes
1.5-2 cups vegetables, chopped (I used mixed bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, squash, zucchini)
olive oil
salt & pep
•Saute all veggies in a little olive oil for 5-7 minutes, until tender and fragrant. Season with salt & pep.
•Transfer to plate, devour immediately or top with a fried egg.
Salsa Turkey:
1 16oz jar salsa of choice
16-20oz lean turkey or protein of choice
•Combine salsa and turkey in a slow cooker or pot over the stove. Mix and turn heat to medium.
•Allow to sit all day, about 6 hours, until tender and delicious.
•Devour on it’s own, with a side dish, on a salad, in eggs, etc.
