So if you're like me and you've ended up with old lettuce greens and you hate to waste anything, here's something you can do. Take those lettuce greens, chop them up, throw them into a pan with some olive oil, a little bit of garlic chopped finely with some salt. Saute those greens and presto, you've got a delicious side dish for any main course. You never have to throw out old lettuce again.
