TOPIC - 100% Whole Wheat Focaccia Bread - Light, Airy & Moist | Eggless & Vegan Bread Recipe
Hi Friends,
I tried to make whole wheat breads a lot. But every time, it was either dense or not moist. Even it was soft the day I baked, it used to get very dry the next day. I thought that whole wheat breads are like that only. But I just wanted to make a perfect whole wheat bread that is soft, light, airy and most importantly, that can be consumed even on the next day without feeling that dryness of bread.
Mission Accomplished.
It took me so many attempts to make this perfect 100 percent whole wheat focaccia bread. I tried with 100 percent refined flour (maida) first. Then I made with 50 percent maida and 50 percent whole wheat (atta). And after making these two things perfectly, my next target was to make 100 percent whole wheat focaccia bread. You must try this whole wheat focaccia bread as you won't find this kind of recipe anywhere. It is just bread you want. Trust me.
Now we make focaccia bread almost every week since we both love it a lot. The flavors, the crispiness, the moistness inside...mmmmm. I am drooling even while writing this.
