Learn how to make a delicious, airy and crispy focaccia loaf! It only takes a few ingredients to make this Italian bread!
Ingredients:
25 gr of fresh yeast
6 dl / 600 ml of lukewarm water
3 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
0,5 dl olive oil
300 gr durum flour / semolina (can be substituted by all-purpose flour)
250 gr all-purpose flour
5-8 cherry tomatoes (cut in half or quarters)
2 branches of fresh rosemary
5 cloves of garlic (cut into small strips)
More oil for rubbing on bread before and after baking
Course sea salt for drizzling on top after baking
Bake the bread in the oven at 250 gr. C / 480 deg. F for 25 minutes.
