15 minute seafood marinara

Making marinara is so easy when you use a readymade seafood mix (RECIPE BELOW). Simply cook up the tomato and chilli sauce and add in the seafood. Served with spaghetti, it is a tasty satisfying meal and better still, it can be on the table in 15 minutes.

SPAGHETTI MARINARA
Serves 4 Prep 5 mins Cooking 15 mins
1 tbs olive oil
1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Coles Chilli Flakes (optional)
400g can Coles Diced Tomatoes
400g Coles Thawed Seafood Marinara Mix (from the deli)
375g Coles Australian Spaghetti No.1
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, thinly sliced
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until onion softens. Stir in the chilli, if using, and cook for 1 min or until aromatic. Add the tomato and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 mins or until sauce thickens slightly. Season.
2. Add the marinara mix and gently fold through the sauce. Reduce heat to very low. Cook for 2 mins or until seafood is just cooked through. Remove from heat.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
4. Add the pasta and two-thirds of the parsley to the seafood mixture. Gently fold to combine. Top with the remaining parsley. Serve immediately.
