2 quarts water
1/8 cup ginger
4 stalks lemongrass
2 sweet potato
2 golden potato potatoes
1/2 box soft tofu
1/2 cup pearl onion
1/2 cup vegan spare rib (can be found in large asian supe rmarkets)

♥️ SEN (NOODLE)
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup rice flour
2/3 cup tapioca flour
1 cup boiling water

♥️ SHALLOT OIL
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup shallot
1/8 cup green onion (bottom half)
