A series of attacks on Ebola treatment centres put the fight against the disease at risk in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.The World Health Organization (WHO) is determined to stay and keep assisting health workers. The country is facing its tenth recorded outbreak of Ebola. This outbreak, which began in August 2018, is occurring in the north-eastern part of the country, an area that has been mired in conflict for years. Since the beginning of the outbreak there, the virus reportedly caused more than 500 deaths.
