1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup light-tasting olive oil
Cook broccoli using method of your choice: boiling in water, steaming over boiling water, or using microwave oven. Cook until crisp-tender, Prepare Lemon-Thyme Dressing by whisking together lemon juice, thyme, salt, paprika, and pepper in a bowl and adding olive oil in a slow, steady stream, continuing to whisk until blended.
